Production Time      The approximate length of time to produce your order.  This approximation

   does not take into consideration the length of time required for any proofs.

                                              

 

 

Transit Time is the approximate length of the time it will take from the time we ship until the time you should receive the merchandise (barring any extraordinary events).

If a specific in-hands date is required, you should consider an expedited shipping method (which you will be required to pay).

    

  • Ground 1-6  business days to arrive at your destination.
  • 2nd Day Air 2 business days to arrive at your destination.
  • 3 Day Select 3 business days to arrive at your destination.
  • Next Day Air 1 business day to arrive at your destination.

 

Production Time + Transit Time = Arrival at your destination

 

 

 

 

All orders above $75.00 will be shipped by UPS / FEDEX / USPS

Free of Charge.  Shipping method will be at the discretion of 4Pens.com unless provisions are made in advance of shipment.

 

If your order is needed in hands faster then the total production and transit time, or if you have a specific

in hands date, you will be required to select and pay for expedited shipping.

Refund policy
 
•  We will do all we can to make sure you are pleased with the product you have ordered and received.
   However, due to the fact that the product has been personalized to your specifications, our Refund Policy is limited.
•  No refund will be granted if there were typographical errors submitted by you or one of your team members.
•  Proofs will be provided on all orders over $100.  Please double and triple check spelling, font selections, product color selections,
   addresses, phone numbers, etc.  No returns will be accepted due to a color of product selected, imprint color, style or font chosen by you.
   If we at 4pens make any error on your order we will refund or replace 100% of your order.
   If you make an error we will do our best to WORK WITH YOU.
