Shipping and Return Policy

Production Time: The approximate length of time to produce your order. This approximation

does not take into consideration the length of time required for any proofs.
Transit Time: The approximate length of the time it will take from the time we ship your order until the time you receive the merchandise (barring any extraordinary events beyond our control). If a specific in-hands date is required, you should consider an expedited shipping method (which you will be required to pay).

Approximate Transit Times
Ground 1-6 business days to arrive at your destination.

  • 2nd Day Air 2 business days to arrive at your destination.
  • 3-Day Select 3 business days to arrive at your destination.
  • Next Day Air 1 business day to arrive at your destination.

Production Time + Transit Time = Arrival at your destination

All orders above $150 will be shipped via UPS, FEDEX or USPS Free of Charge, with the actual method at the discretion of unless specific provisions are made in advance of shipment. UPS and FedEx do
not ship to PO Boxes so actual street addresses will be required.

If there are multiple apartments or suites at the destination location, please be sure to indicate this in your
shipping instructions.

If your order is needed in hands for a specific date (or sooner than the total production and transit time combined)

you will be required to select and pay for expedited shipping. will not be liable for delays or errors caused by UPS / FedEx / or USPS that are beyond our control.

Refund Policy
• We will do all we can to make sure you are pleased with the product you have ordered and received;
however, due to the fact that product has been personalized to your specifications, our Refund Policy
is limited.

• No refund will be granted if there were typographical errors submitted by you.
• Proofs will be provided on all orders over $250 *. Please double and triple check spelling, font selections

product and color selections, addresses, phone numbers, etc. No returns will be accepted due to a color of product selected, imprint color, style or font chosen by you.

• If an error was made by we will refund or replace 100% of your order. If however, the error
was made by you, we will do our best to work with you to try and find a solution to the problem.

* Proofs
If on your order you request a proof prior to production, we will provide one at no charge. Virtual proofs are
otherwise provided for orders greater than $250, orders deemed to have questionable artwork, or where the requested layout might be problematic, at our discretion. values its customers and strives to create long-term relationships.
